Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and Fancy Little Me! that you will use the service only in a manner consistent with these Terms. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us via the contact page form. Your use of the site and its is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the service.

1. Terms of Membership

Fancy Little Me! membership ("Membership") is available to you if you are at least 18 years of age and submit certain requested information to Fancy Little Me!, including your name, address and correct email address. When you become a Member, you must provide Fancy Little Me! with true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when such information is requested by the site (whether by questionnaires, surveys, registration forms, or other informational requests). 

The service is for personal use only.

2. Member Conduct

Fancy Little Me! is committed to ensuring that the service remains a fun and safe website to create your personalized wall art. To that end, the service allows Members to be creative with their "Content". Users of the service, whether or not Members, may not use the service to process prohibited content. Generally, prohibited content includes Content or other material that Fancy Little Me! believes:

• Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Comprises copyrighted material used without the express permission of the owner;
• Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others including their right to privacy;
• Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the Service (collectively "Corruptive Code");
• Advocates illegal activity;
• Harms anyone, including minors; or,
• Provides a link to any of the above;

Fancy Little Me! has the sole discretion to determine whether content is prohibited content. Fancy Little Me! may delete and edit content for any reason, at any time, without notice.

All content (whether private or public) that is processed on the site is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it. Thus, you are responsible for the content. You may only upload content where you have the consent of all persons pictured, including through your relationship with those persons.

3. No Resale of Service
Your use of the service may be for personal purposes only. You will not (i) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, or (ii) use or access the service for any commercial purpose.

4. Order acceptance

All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below.

• The customer accepts these conditions by submitting purchasing and submitting photographs to the Fancy Little Me! website.
• After completing the order, we will store the photographs provided by you on the Fancy Little Me! server for 3-4 weeks after which time it will be deleted.
• Final designed artwork file will be kept on the Fancy Little Me! for unlimited time, and can called upon for reproduction purposes. Contact us via the contact form if you would like to reprint any of your final arts.

7. Copyright

Accordingly, as a condition to your membership, you hereby grant Fancy Little Me! a perpetual, universal, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to copy, display, modify, transmit, make derivative works of and distribute your content, solely for the purpose of providing this website service. As a condition to membership, you represent and warrant to Fancy Little Me! that you either own your content or have written permission from the copyright owner to make such content available to the service.

• You are solely responsible for the contents you submit and in obeying international and Australian laws.
• Fancy Little Me! does not accept responsibility for the contents you submit.
• In producing the final artwork using your photograph, Fancy Little Me! assumes that the copyright in the content provided is held by you. You are solely responsible for unauthorised use of copyright material.
• The final artwork produced with your photograph is considered a modified product, therefore is copyright of Fancy Little Me!

8. Liability

Fancy Little Me! shall not accept liability for damage or loss of the files.

Fancy Little Me! emphasises that the quality of the prints and frames ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of you see on your computer monitor when receiving your final artwork proof via email. Take care in proofing and previewing your photo product and carefully check any spelling when and if it is present.

Fancy Little Me!'s liability is limited to errors which are related to production, shipping and delivery of the product.

9. Delivery time

Our service level is to complete an order within seven working days and we dispatch by Australia Post service or Australian Air Express, depending on product selected.

If delivery cannot be made, the delivery driver has the Authority to Leave an item if he/she deems it safe to do so in accordance with Australian Air Express policy. If it's not deemed safe to leave an item, a card will be left explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your local post office or Australian Air Express depot (make sure you take your ID with you).

Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.

Delivery of Acrylic Float framed prints are not available outside Australia.

10. 10-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the digital proof of the final artwork prior to print production, you must contact Fancy Little Me! within 10 days of receipt of proof email to take advantage of the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee offer. This is only available on the proofing stage, once you grant print production approval to Fancy Little Me!, the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee is no longer applicable. Cancelled orders for other reasons prior to proofing stage are not covered by the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee.
